Note from the President
DEAR H2H FAMILY,
THIS YEAR IN JANUARY H2H WAS BLESSED TO HAVE SOME OF THE 34 TAKEN KIDS WHO HAVE TURNED 18, RETURN TO LIVE WITH US TO FINISH SCHOOL AND/OR GO TO UNIVERSITY. IN ADDITION, SOME OF OUR MINOR CHILDREN WHO LIVE WITH BLOOD FAMILIES NEARBY ARE BEING ALLOWED TO RETURN TO OUR SCHOOLS.
WE HAVE CONTACT WITH THE REST OF THE TAKEN CHILDREN AND ARE ALLOWED TO VISIT THEM AND BRING THEM THINGS THEY NEED AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES. AND…WE ARE ADDITIONALLY, HELPING 63 KIDS LIVING AT AMY’S DREAM CLUBS IN CHILE, NEAR THE DUMP, AND IN THE VILLAGE OF TEGUCIGALPITA WITH SHOES, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND BASIC CARE AS NEEDED.
WE FULLY SUPPORT THE 17 KIDS LIVING WITH US, 13 IN UNIVERSITY AND FOUR IN BILINGUAL SCHOOL. THREE MORE WILL BE JOINING US LATER THIS YEAR. WE ARE PARTIAL SUPPORT FOR 19 OTHERS, AND OCCASSIONAL SUPPORT FOR 63.
OUR SCHOOLS (500+) AND BIBLE COLLEGE (200+) ARE SELF SUPPORTING. IN BOTH PROGRAMS AND IN OUR TWO CHURCHES, WE ARE ABLE TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL DAILY.
WE CARE FOR AND MAINTAIN THE PROPERTIES GOD BLESSED US WITH TO USE FOR SERVICE TO HIS KIDS.

In nearby Puerto Cortes, we established the WWH2H Church, that has become the extended family for our children. We built the Worldwide Heart to Heart Medical/Dental clinic that cares for our children and the poor, and opened our K-High School English Immersion School in the fall of 2012. We outgrew that school, and in 2015 moved into a new 3-acre facility. In 2016 we opened our Spanish School for grades k-12 in the old facility. With a most generous gift of 28 Rosetta Stone loaded computers, workstations, and equipment from a communication company that was closing down in San Pedro Sula. In addition we have a multi-acre coffee plantation in the Santa Barbara Mountains of Honduras, where we grow our delicious Jubilee Coffee. The funds raised from this crop helps to send our young adults to college.
It is our hope that you will be touched by the Holy Spirit to become involved to help us with this profound work. We need your committed prayers. We need monthly funds to keep this miracle that God is orchestrating moving forward. We need your service on our teams that go each year.
In the words of our former National Director, Amy Serrano,
"I am reminded of how our Heavenly Father gets things done. It is not about buildings, homes, schools, clinics or churches, because one day all of these will fade away. It is Him building His dwelling place within us and doing what only He can do in us. It is Him saving, restoring and rebuilding what cannot be done with human hands. He does not build dollar to dollar or brick to brick. Our Father builds Heart to Heart.”
